Cost and booking:
Birthday parties $150.00 for the first 7 guests $8.00 for each additional guest
$30.00 deposit required
By reservation only, reservations must be made in advance
Call 201-342-3268 for more information. All dates subject to prior booking. Parties are held in the museum.

Instructions:

1) Print out the Birthday Form, and fill it out.

2) Call the museum at (201) 342-3268. Let them know when you are interested in booking a birthday party. . Let them know you already have the Birthday Party Form and will be mailing in with a check for the deposit.

If you get the the answering machine, leave a message with your name , phone number, group size (adults & children), when you like to have the party, and that you already have the group tour form. One of the museum staff members will get back to you to confirm date and time.

3) Once you have your date and time confirmed, mail in the signed, filled in form, and check (Payable to: Submarine Memorial Association) to:
